Schrader // Реєстрація, зберігання і обробка даних. - 2012. - Т. 14, № 1. - С. 3-9. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/rzod_2012_14_1_3 Представлено результати дослідження властивостей плівок політетрафторетилену (ПТФЕ) та поліпарафенілен сульфіду (ППС), які наповнені молекулами барвників за допомогою співосадження у вакуумі. Досліджено тонкі полімерні плівки, що наповнені різними поліметиновими барвниками з різними концентраціями. Властивості плівок за кімнатної температури та під час нагрівання вивчено з використанням оптичної абсорбційної спектроскопії. Показано, що полімерна матриця запобігає агрегації молекул барвника, зокрема ПТФЕ-матриця запобігає агрегації сильніше, ніж ППС-матриця. Протягом нагрівання ПТФЕ-матриця утримує молекули барвника в не агрегованому стані до температури розкладання барвника.

Strelchuk // Semiconductor physics, quantum electronics & optoelectronics. - 2010. - Vol. 13, № 2. - С. 151-153. - Режим доступу: http://nbuv.gov.ua/UJRN/MSMW_2010_13_2_9 Gold nanoclusters were obtained by co-deposition of and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in vacuum with various gold concentrations. The films deposited were undergone to heating at various temperatures in air. Transformation of ensemble morphology after heating was studied using atomic force microscope (AFM). Raman scattering spectra of an ultra-thin film of Rhodamine 6G deposited onto substrates with gold nano-clusters of different morphology were recorded. The best substrate gave strong amplification of the Raman scattering signal from Rhodamine 6G film. Therefore, produced Au nano-clusters are suitable for surface enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy of nano-quantities of material.

The polymethine dyes is a class of organic materials that are very interesting for these purposes. Films of the polymethine dyes were deposited by evaporation in vacuum. Also deposited were dye-filled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) films. Kinetics of growth and heating the films were observed using optical spectroscopy in situ. It was found out the influence of the chemical structure of dyes on growth and heating kinetics of the dye films. It was found that PTFE matrix strongly enhances dye stability.

Their photochromic properties were studied using the spectral-kinetic method as compared with polymethyl methacrylate films filled with the same photochromic compounds prepared using the spin coating method. The films prepared using co-deposition in vacuum are characterized by photochromic properties acceptable for recording media for 3D optical memory.

The films were deposited using the method of thermal evaporation. The influence of substrate type and temperature on optical properties and spatial orientation of molecules in the above films has been studied. The influence of annealing on structural reorientation of molecules in thermally deposited dye films has been determined.

The film with obtained pits was used as a mask for subsequent reactive ion-beam etching of glass substrate. Finally, 150 - 200 nm pits were performed on the substrate surface. Nanocomposite films were based on organic positive photoresist with a dye inclusions. This dye is characterized by wide absorption band within the spectral region 390 - 410 nm and can be evaporated by laser irradiation with the wavelength 405 nm.

Perfluoropolymer films protect from corrosion coated metals, attain superhydrophobic properties to various surfaces, enhance the lifetime of medical implants, passivating the surface of semiconductors, protect functional layers in organic light emitting diodes, field effect transistors etc. Organic molecules in the PTFE matrix revealed extreme stability and presents the new material for optical applications.

The influence of compound chemical structure and substrate type on morphology of the condensed solid was studied using atomic force microscopy. The significant difference in morphology of the same dye but deposited on various substrates was found.
